Everyone always says to stretch before a workout. That’s great advice! I don’t want to pull a muscle or injure myself if I rush into any strenuous activity. It’s good to feel limber and flexible – now I can bend all the way down, folded nearly in half! I can touch my nose to my knees, can you do that? I need a little help to go all the way – if you just stand behind me, put your hands on my waist, really plant yourself. Anchor your hips into my butt, there you go! Now push my back, slowly, until I’m there. Boom! Totally folded, can you feel that? Oh my, I think I might be feeling something else!
